Geen logge structuren, wél een dynamisch team waar jouw impact direct zichtbaar is.JOUW ROLAls AI Solutions Engineer ben jij de brug tussen technologie en klantbehoefte.Jij vertaalt vage ideeën naar werkende AI-oplossingen en configureert ons platform zodathet naadloos aansluit bij de business.Wat je doet:● Architect & builder: configureer AI-logica en dialoogstromen, bouw bots van A tot Zin onze no-code interface.● Tech connect: zet integraties op met CRM-, ERP- en databasesystemen viaAPI-connectoren.● Enablement & training: maak de klant zelfredzaam, train hun teams zodat ze volvertrouwen aan de knoppen draaien.● Data-driven optimalisatie: analyseer gespreksdata, spot trends en adviseerproactief verbeteringen.● Product impact: breng klantfeedback terug naar het productteam om Chathivecontinu te verbeteren.Jouw profiel:● Consultancy DNA: Bachelor/Master (IT, Business, Communicatie) en/of ervaring alsImplementatie Consultant, Customer Success Manager of Application Manager.● Tech-savvy & no-code: je snapt SaaS-tools, databases en API's; programmeren isgeen must.● Analytisch sterk: je denkt in processen en logica en vindt snel oplossingen voorcomplexe problemen.● Communicatie-expert: van CEO tot IT-beheerder, je legt complexe zaken helder uiten luistert actief.● Stressbestendig & hands-on: kan goed ad-hoc werken en prioriteiten stellen onderdruk.● Talen: vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.Waarom Chathive?● Impact: werk aan de frontlinie van AI-innovatie en verander hoe bedrijven werken.● Groei: groei mee met een ambitieuze scale-up.
