Roles & ResponsibilitiesOur client is looking for a Business Developer in financial services consulting to reinforce and strengthen its sales team.You will be responsible for developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth in financial services consulting.Your responsibilities:Client Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential clients within the financial services sector, nurture leads, and convert them into active clients.Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions from the financial services portfolio.Sales Strategy Support:Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.Services Knowledge:Acquire in-depth knowledge of financial services consulting offerings, stay updated on industry trends, and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Sales Presentations:Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations, showcasing the benefits and features of services to drive sales.Market Research:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience and effective service delivery.Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates on sales performance.ProfileBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of proven business development experience in the financial services industry (mandatory)Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, strategic account management, and closing high-value dealsExcellent communication skills in FR – NL – EN, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidentlyStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teamsProactive, autonomous, and capable of providing commercial guidance within the sales teamComfortable in fast-paced environments, adaptable to change, and results-drivenFlexible mindset, able to respond quickly to evolving client needs and market conditionsWhat We OfferA competitive salary package with benefits, including a company car (aligned with a green mobility policy), net allowances, digital work tools, and group & hospitalization insuranceThe opportunity to optimize work-life balanceA team of dynamic and passionate colleagues recognized for their expertiseA collaborative working environment built on a strong team spiritThe client is committed to developing business development talent through specialized training in finance, consulting, and communication skills, providing the tools and guidance needed to support continuous professional growth.
