We're Hiring: Scrum Master Expert | Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
Location: Brussels
Are you an experienced Scrum Master who combines strong Agile coaching capabilities with delivery ownership? We are looking for a seasoned professional to guide cross-functional teams, drive Agile excellence, and ensure successful delivery within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Delivery Owner across multiple squads and manage cross-team dependencies
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices
Remove impediments and protect teams from external distractions
Monitor team capacity, velocity, risks, and delivery progress
Support backlog management, Definition of Done, and Sprint execution
Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization
Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment
What We're Looking For
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Expert knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
Strong experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple dependencies
Experience coordinating multicultural and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Jira and Agile reporting tools
Understanding of software development lifecycles, testing automation, CI/CD, and project delivery practices
Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
Fluent English and at least one local language (French or Dutch)
Ideal Profile

Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments
Results-oriented while maintaining strong team collaboration and knowledge sharing
