Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to strengthen security practices within a modern digital and cloud-driven environment. This role focuses on protecting applications, infrastructure and data while supporting secure digital transformation initiatives.You will work closely with infrastructure teams, developers, cloud engineers and business stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity is embedded across systems, platforms and processes.Role ContextThe position sits within a technology-driven environment where cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, APIs and modern applications play a central role. The role combines operational cybersecurity, risk management and project support in fast-evolving digital ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations & MonitoringSupport security monitoring of infrastructure, cloud environments and applicationsContribute to vulnerability management and remediation follow-upParticipate in incident detection, investigation and response coordinationAssist with security tooling such as SIEM, EDR or cloud security platformsCloud & Application SecuritySupport secure configuration of cloud services and platformsCollaborate with development teams on secure application practicesPromote secure-by-design principles in digital projectsContribute to identity and access management practicesRisk & ComplianceSupport security risk assessments and internal auditsContribute to compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 or GDPRMaintain documentation, procedures and security policiesContinuous ImprovementMonitor emerging cyber threats relevant to digital platformsContribute to improving security processes and automationSupport internal awareness and security culture initiativesProfile RequirementsAround 3–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security or cloud securityGeneralist cybersecurity knowledge across infrastructure, networks, cloud or applicationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP is often preferred)Understanding of security monitoring and incident response practicesAbility to collaborate with technical and business stakeholdersGood communication skills and pragmatic problem-solving approachPreferred / Asset ExperienceExperience in cloud-native or SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with DevSecOps or CI/CD security practicesExposure to automation or scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, cloud security certifications, etc.)Work EnvironmentDigital-first, technology-driven organisationCloud and application security exposureCollaborative environment with developers and infrastructure teamsFast-evolving cybersecurity challenges linked to digital innovation
