Job Description
Hospitality Talents is a leadingrecruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier hospitalityprofessionals with prestigious employers.
Our client, a high-endestablishment located in Brussels, is currently seeking an experienced Directoror Finance to join its leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the complete, accurateand timely keeping of the company's accounting, in compliance withlegislation, applicable regulations and internal directives fromManagement.
- Implement and maintain ongoing audit andfinancial control systems to monitor the company's performance, cashflows, budget compliance, expenses, revenues, cost of sales and otherbudgetary elements.
- Prepare and regularly present to Managementthe financial statements and reports necessary for the smooth operation ofthe business.
- Recruit, develop and manage competent Financeand Procurement teams in order to achieve the objectives set.
- Manage and control reporting and cash flowforecasting, ensuring optimal use of funds and availability of thenecessary liquidity.
Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a FinancialDirector in the hospitality sector in Belgium.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel accounting andaccounting systems.
- Advanced command of Excel and office tools.
- Excellent communicationskills.
- Knowledge of Sun Accounting and Vision (Infor)is an asset.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or asimilar field.
- Recognised professionalqualification (ACCA / ACA / CIMA).
- A permanent contract on a full-time basis.
- A key leadership position within a prestigioushigh-end establishment.
- Real scope for initiative and strategicinfluence within the Management team.
