You lead the design, development and industrialisation of machine-learning solutions in Azure Databricks
Work together with data engineers, business analysts and policy stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Develop anomaly-detection, risk-scoring and classification models using supervised and unsupervised techniques
Use Databricks and Azure services including PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Workflows, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps and Azure Storage
Provide technical leadership, define standards and coach team members.

Profile

You have a Master or PhD and 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or advanced analytics
You have strong experience with Python, SQL, Azure Databricks and PySpark
Strong knowledge of ML techniques, including anomaly detection, classification, clustering
Experience with MLflow, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog and Databricks Workflows
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD and MLOps practices
Experience with explainable AI, risk scoring and large-scale data processing
