We're Hiring: HR Corporate Culture Project Manager

We are looking for an HR Corporate Culture Project Manager to support the Culture Strategic Lead in delivering our corporate culture transformation program, aligned with our 2030 strategic ambitions.

Your Mission

As HR Corporate Culture Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful design, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of the corporate culture program.

Working closely with the Culture Strategic Lead and a diverse range of stakeholders, you will help turn strategic ambitions into structured initiatives, meaningful engagement activities, and measurable outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall project roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with HR, Communications, business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards, progress reports, and updates for sponsors and governance bodies.
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while supporting capacity and budget management.
• Culture & Change Management: Support workshops, engagement activities, culture diagnostics, surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Communication & Documentation: Prepare presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, action trackers, and maintain consistent project documentation.
• Culture Activation: Contribute to the development of workshop materials, toolkits, and culture activation resources.
• Digital Collaboration: Set up and manage SharePoint sites and support smooth project administration and coordination.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with project management processes and tools.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Knowledge of HR, corporate culture, or change management is a plus.
• Experience working in a large corporate environment(bank) is an advantage.

• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
