Food Safety Advisor – Brussels (On-site)We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive Food Safety Advisors to support on-site evaluations across restaurants and hotels in the Madrid region. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about food safety, operational excellence, and hospitality standards, who enjoy working independently while delivering high-quality assessments. About the RoleAs a Food Safety Advisor, you will conduct scheduled visits to assigned locations, assessing food safety practices, hygiene conditions, and compliance with operational protocols. Your work will help ensure consistent, safe, and high-quality guest experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out on-site inspections at restaurants and hotels across the region.Evaluate and document critical food safety and operational elements, such as:Food handling and storage proceduresStaff hygiene and cleanlinessSanitation and facility upkeepCompliance with local food safety regulationsAwareness and execution of safety protocolsSubmit accurate, structured reports within defined timelines.Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance standards.Communicate findings in a clear, objective, and professional manner. QualificationsStrong observational skills and the ability to document findings with precision.Excellent attention to detail and impartial judgment.Experience in hospitality, food service, quality, or health & safety is an advantage.Comfortable working independently and managing flexible scheduling.Ability to follow structured checklists and technical guidelines.Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone/tablet for reporting.Willingness to travel locally as required. CompensationPaid per completed assignment, depending on project scope.Travel or meal reimbursements may apply based on the nature of the evaluation.
