About PulsoPulso is a MedTech startup building vascular in-vitro simulators that recreate real cardiovascular conditions — so the people advancing the field can train, test, and prove new solutions in a smarter way.This is for clinicians, yes — but also for the companies developing next-gen vascular devices: startups and industry teams working on catheters, stents, embolization tools, thrombectomy systems, closure devices, you name it. Before a device reaches patients, those teams need reliable ways to iterate, validate performance, and build confidence with physicians. We give them a platform to do that faster, more realistically, and more repeatably, without relying entirely on animal or human models.Head of Technical Operations – PulsoWe're looking for a true operational partner — a Head of Operations — who can help turn vision into execution. Pulso is entering a critical growth phase, and we need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure. In the early phase, this role is also strongly hands-on: you will directly execute key technical work (mainly 3D modelling and test execution) to deliver projects. Over time, as we grow, your focus will progressively shift toward structuring the team and allocating resources — in close collaboration with the CEO — to scale delivery without losing quality. Together, we'll build the foundation for Pulso's success.PROFILE:Engineer oriented master's degreeFluent in English & French (must)3D design software knowledge (solid works, inventor...)Experience in operations / business / projects in MedTech, HealthTech, or startupsEnjoys prospecting and building relationships MISSION:Pulso designs vascular & structural heart simulators that replace animal and human models for training, testing, and device validation. We've already delivered 10+ projects and generated revenues with hospitals, universities, and industry — now we need structure to scale.Structure operations: processes, workflows, delivery standardsLead new projects: from first contact to execution (hospitals, suppliers, partners)Hands-on technical work when needed (especially 3D modelling)Support commercial efforts: prospection, events, opening doorsCo-build the roadmap: short-term execution + long-term scalabilityKEY RESPONSABILITIESProspection & Commercial SupportActively prospect and qualify potential clients, opening doors and opportunities.Accompany the CEO to events, meetings, and client visits.Provide market intelligence to refine commercial direction.New Projects LeadershipTake the lead in organizing and structuring new client projects.Coordinate with hospitals, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.Take direct responsibility for hands-on technical execution if neededOperational Structure & ProcessesBring structure and discipline to Pulso's technical and project operations.Document, standardize, and improve workflows to make delivery efficient and repeatable.Manage corrective actions when issues arise.WORKING ENVIRONMENT:At Pulso, you'll work in a true early-stage startup environment, where things move fast and everyone wears multiple hats.
