With more than 30 years of experience, we deliver complex industrial projects worldwide, covering the full project lifecycle: from technical adaptations and revamps to greenfield production facilities.Our strong technological background, combined with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, allows us to continuously optimise manufacturing processes for leading industrial clients such as Lotus, Cargill, Puratos, ArcelorMittal and AB InBev.To support our continued growth in Belgium, we are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Mechelen.Your roleAs a Recruiter at Group-IPS, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring talent for our Belgian operations, with a strong focus on Dutch-speaking profiles.Key responsibilities:Manage the recruitment of Dutch-speaking profiles in Belgium and the Netherlands, while supporting international recruitment needs when required.Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.Proactively source candidates using innovative and data-driven sourcing approaches, with a strong understanding of the local Belgian market.Screen, interview and assess candidates through phone, online and face-to-face interviews.Maintain and update the ATS, ensuring accurate and structured candidate tracking.Organise and represent Group-IPS at recruitment events, university job fairs and in-house recruitment activities.Coordinate with recruiters, HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.Your profileExperience in recruitment is flexible (Mid to Senior -level profiles are welcome), ideally within engineering, technical or industrial environments.Hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle is a strong plus.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.Fluent in Dutch and English (French is considered an asset).Strong communication skills, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.Team-oriented mindset with an interest in working in an international and on-site environment.Availability and willingness to work from our Mechelen office is essential.Why join Group-IPS?
