We are currently hiring for our client who has more than 55 years of expertise and more than 500, 000 employees across 6 continents, delivers Global Information Technology, Consulting and Business Process Services, in Cognitive Computing, Hyper-automation, Robotics, Cloud, Analytics and Emerging Technologies for the international leading organizations across the world in diverse domains such as Aerospace and Defense, Capital Markets, Banking, Retail, Utilities, Platform and Software Products, Healthcare, Insurance, Oil and Gas and many others.
Position: SAP S/4HANA Program Manager (Brownfield implementation Experience is a must.)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Engagement: Permanent Role
Experience Level (Years range): 15+ years of work experience with SAP Products
Language: Fluent in French or Dutch (both spoken and written)
Job Purpose:
The SAP S/4HANA Program Manager is responsible for leading and governing the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformation program, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder expectations.
This role provides overall leadership across business and IT workstreams, manages dependencies across system integrators and customer teams, and ensures that the transformation delivers the expected business outcomes while maintaining program governance and delivery discipline
Role Summary
The Program Manager owns the overall execution of the SAP S/4HANA program, covering:
- Program strategy and mobilization
- Governance and stakeholder management
- Planning and integrated delivery management
- Risk, issue, dependency, and change control
- Financial and commercial management
- Cross-workstream coordination
- Testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare oversight
- Alignment between business, IT, and customer leadership teams
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong SAP S/4HANA brownfield transformation delivery experience
- Knowledge of SAP Activate and SAP delivery lifecycle
- Expertise in one Functional (FI,CO, SD,MM ...) or Technical (ABAP, BASIS)
- Understanding of testing, migration, cutover, and hyper care processes
- SAP Activate / project management certification(Preffered)
