(Junior) Customer Success Engineer

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the technical partner helping our customers deploy and adopt Timeseer.AI successfully. You'll work hands-on with customer data teams to solve real-world challenges — while shaping how our customer success function scales. In this role, you will: Lead onboarding and adoption: Drive customer onboarding and ensure rapid time-to-value by helping customers implement Timeseer.AI in their environments. Work with data scientists, process technologists, and data engineers to identify valuable use cases, configure and integrate our platform, and train and support users. Support customer success and growth: Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth usage, resolving issues, and driving adoption. Demonstrate business value: Participate in proofs-of-value and pilot projects by connecting customer data, running analyses, and showcasing measurable outcomes. Partner with sales and product: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales to support demos and identify expansion opportunities. Provide feedback to R&D and Product teams to shape new features and improve customer experience. Build scalable processes: Develop documentation, templates, and best practices that help scale the Customer Success organization as Timeseer.AI grows. Who You Are A technically curious problem solver who enjoys working directly with customers. You can translate complex data or system concepts into clear customer value. You thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment where initiative and creativity are encouraged. What You'll Bring Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong affinity with data and analytics — ideally involving industrial or IoT sensor data. Basic familiarity with data tools or platforms (e.g., Python, AWS, Azure). Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders. A customer-first, value-driven, and hands-on mindset.
