By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology.We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the test management of a specific part or module one of our products.Responsibilities• Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment.• Convert abstract test needs into real test plans.• Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met.• Convert the mid-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.• Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.• Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.• Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025.QualificationsBackground:• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience• Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage• Experience in technically leading a teamAttitude:• You are not afraid of problems, you just like to solve them and you do this with the needed:• Customer focus• Flexibility• Persistence and goal-oriented• Planning and structured approachCompetences:• Analytical mindset• Strong problem solving skills and are familiar with related methods like 8D.
