Petersime stands for innovation and a strong focus on developing customer focused technology solutions.For our further expansion of our Service team we are currently looking for a (m/f): Service Incubation Consultant(scope to work in Europe, Asia and the Middle East)Your roleAs a member of the Service Department you support the customer with respect to all "incubation"-related issues in order to assure an optimal running of their hatcheries.This means:You provide on-site training and perform hatchery auditsYou perform hatch analyses, investigating e.g. chick quality, embryo diagnosis, eventual historic data & hatchery resultsYou provide training in Petersime Eagle TraxYou look for solutions together with the Customer/Hatchery Manager in order to reach an optimal performance of our machinesYou give support towards our Field Service Technicians during the startup of our new hatchery projectsYou provide training in the many education formats from Hatchery Management Training to E-Training to Incubation Service Support.You report to the Teamlead Global Incubation Consultants.Your profileYou are based in EuropeYou have a Degree in Bio-Engineering or Veterinary medicine, orYou got acquainted with the world of hatcheriesYou have a strong commercial attitude and are customer-orientedYou like to work in an autonomous way and are not afraid to make presentationsYou communicate fluently in English.
