In this position, you will contribute to complex regulatory and risk-related implementation initiatives, working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys tackling regulatory challenges, and wants to deepen their expertise at the crossroads of finance and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver expert guidance on regulatory reporting topics across the banking landscapeDevelop, tailor, and deploy solutions that meet supervisory and internal requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional and technical specificationsWork alongside IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of risk and finance projectsCombine analytical, regulatory, and technical capabilities to create sustainable client outcomesKey RequirementsDegree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related technical/engineering field with financial affinity3+ years of experience in the financial sector with strong knowledge of banking products and processesSolid understanding of risk management areas (e.g., credit risk, liquidity, ALM) and reporting frameworks (CRR3, NSFR, IRRBB, etc.)Proficiency in programming or data tools (such as Python, SAS, SQL, R, or VBA)Fluency in English and either Dutch or FrenchStrong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approachAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage deliverables in a results-driven environment
