SCADA Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and maintenance of SCADA systems used for the control and supervision of critical industrial infrastructures. You will work on solutions that ensure service continuity, security, and high performance of industrial systems.You will join teams working on large-scale projects across sectors such as Defense, Energy, Banking, and Telecommunications, with a strong focus on industrial and real-time systems.SII is a European digital and engineering services company of 16,000 experts. SII is committed to a sustainable digital world and is recognized as a great workplace.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain SCADA systemsAnalyze operational and energy‐related requirements and translate them into reliable SCADA functionalitiesIntegrate SCADA solutions within OT environments, connected to DCS / PCS and industrial equipmentEnsure high availability, performance and operational safety of mission‐critical systemsMonitor system behavior in production and troubleshoot real‐time and control issuesCollaborate with energy experts, automation engineers, IT and cybersecurity teams in an Agile setupParticipate in industrial testing, commissioning and deployment of SCADA solutionsSupport project planning and technical estimations when requiredRequirements:4–5 years of experience in SCADA development or industrial control systemsStrong industrial, electrical or energy engineering mindsetProven knowledge of SCADA systems and DCS / PCS environmentsExperience working in OT (Operational Technology) contextsGood understanding of electrical production systems and industrial processesSCADA development experience using .NETFamiliar with DevOps practices, adapted to industrial and regulated environmentsUsed to working with real‐time, high‐availability systemsExperience in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environmentsAble to bridge industrial reality, software constraints and business needsEnglish and French proficiency requiredWe Offer:A challenging and varied role in a growing companyContinuous development through training, coaching and certificationA competitive salary package and benefitsA warm, collaborative company culture, backed by an international engineering groupOpportunity to work with the latest technologies
