Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for a result-oriented and motivated CRM Manager Sport & Casino. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies to drive player engagement, retention, and value across our Sportsbook and Casino products. You will work closely with marketing, product, data, and technical teams to support Bingoal's growth.Your RoleIn your role as CRM Manager Sport & Casino, you will be responsible for the end-to-end CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation, for the Belgian and Dutch markets. As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in translating business objectives into targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns. Specifically, your main responsibilities will include:Defining and executing the CRM strategy for Sports and Casino, aligned with overall marketing and business objectivesManaging customer lifecycle communications (onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, churn prevention) across multiple channels (email, web push, web inbox, etc.)Designing and managing segmented, personalized, and automated CRM campaigns based on customer behaviour, preferences, and valueOverseeing promotional campaigns for Sports and Casino (2 dedicated colleagues) and ensuring continuous alignmentCollaborating closely with data, product and technical teams to leverage customer insights and improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performanceMonitoring, analysing, and optimizing CRM performance using KPIs such as retention, engagement, conversion, and player lifetime valueManaging campaign calendars, prioritization, and execution for both Sports and Casino verticalsEnsuring CRM activities are compliant with responsible gaming, GDPR, and regulatory requirementsTesting new CRM approaches (A/B testing, journeys, incentives, content) and continuously improving based on insights and resultsDocumenting CRM processes, campaign logic, and learnings to ensure knowledge sharing and scalabilityYour ProfileYou have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within iGaming, sports betting, casino, or a similar data-driven environmentYou have hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms; experience with Optimove is a strong plusYou have experience working with customer segmentation, personalization, and automated customer journeysYou have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions and measure impactYou are business-minded, results-driven, and continuously look for ways to improve customer engagement and valueYou are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, data, and technical teamsYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can clearly present ideas, results, and recommendations to stakeholdersYou are fluent in English and, ideally, Dutch ; French is a strong assetWhy Bingoal?A family business with human values at heart, where your contribution will truly matterA dynamic and ambitious environment offering exciting challenges and opportunities to growA culture of continuous development, innovation, and learningAn attractive and competitive remuneration package based on your skills and seniorityA real impact on the core activity and future growth of BingoalInterested in the challenge?
