Join a global leader in the food industry as a Production Planner based in Namur. You will play a key role in coordinating activities between production, supply chain, quality, and customer service, ensuring the performance and reliability of daily operations. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and is central to the efficiency of our operations.As a Production Planner, your main responsibilities will include:Setting up and monitoring production schedules to ensure product availability.Make sure products meet customer orders and inventory requirements.Streamline processes and anticipate potential production challenges.Supporting projects related to product launches and withdrawals, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.Act as the planning representative in internal meetings, providing insights and actionable recommendations.Maintaining proactive communication with internal and external teams to quickly resolve any discrepancies or issues.Ensuring data accuracy and keeping planning tools up to date.Work with internal and external teams to manage product launches, withdrawals, and improvement projects, ensuring smooth process integration and efficient cross-functional collaboration.About you:Degree in supply chain, business, or international trade.Solid experience (5 to 10 years) in production coordination or similar roles.Expertise in SAP APO; familiarity with MES is a plus.Fluent in English and French, with strong interpersonal skills.Ability to challenge processes and propose constructive solutions.Positive and results-oriented mindset.What our client offers:Competitive salary with various additional benefits.Strategic role with real influence on processes.Stimulating environment that encourages innovation and initiative.Inclusive, collaborative corporate culture.If you are a proactive planner with a knack for improving processes and driving operational excellence, this is the perfect role for you.
