IT Manufacturing Technology Engineer
Are you a technically strong IT professional passionate about production environments and industrial technology? As an IT Manufacturing Technology Engineer, you'll join a global IT team delivering reliable technology solutions across production sites ensuring they stay secure, connected, and operational, while driving the convergence of OT and IT.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for networks, servers, workstations, applications, industrial data centers, camera systems, telephony, and security.
- Coordinate incidents, act as technical expert, and manage escalations proactively.
- Represent the global IT team on local production sites, collaborating with international teams and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, documentation, and operational continuity.
- Balance priorities across stakeholders while working autonomously.
Your Profile
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ideally with OT exposure.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of ITSM and change management principles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or other industrial sectors is a plus.
