Preparation & DiscoveryCollaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirementsAdvice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactorsLead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution2. Realization & ConfigurationTranslate business needs into efficient HR processesConfigure the Compensation module in SuccessFactorsSupport testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution3. Training & EnablementTrain clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solutionDevelop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage4.
