What You'll Do
- Analyse and translate business requirements into practical SAP functional solutions.
- Prepare and support workshops with business stakeholders and key users.
- Perform gap analysis and evaluate solution options.
- Configure and customize SAP PS, MM and PM.
- Work on SAP PS processes including settlement rules, asset integration and project-related stock.
- Support integration between PS/MM/PM and FI, CO and Asset Accounting.
- Define and improve master-data structures and relationships.
- Build Proofs of Concept to validate proposed solutions.
- Produce clear functional specifications for developments.
- Plan and execute unit testing and support integration testing.
- Maintain functional and test documentation, including in SAP Solution Manager.
- Train key users and support knowledge transfer.
- Support cut-over, go-live and post-implementation issue resolution.
What you bring
- 5+ years of SAP functional consulting experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PS.
- Solid practical knowledge of SAP MM and PM.
- Good understanding of FI, CO and Asset Accounting (AA) and their integration with PS/MM/PM.
- Experience with requirements analysis, workshops, gap analysis and functional solution design.
- Hands-on SAP customizing/configuration experience.
- Experience writing functional specifications and supporting development teams.
- Experience with testing, cut-over and production support.
- Strong understanding of SAP master-data concepts.
- Ability to communicate confidently with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Dutch and French: professional spoken proficiency.
- English: professional working proficiency.
- A pragmatic, analytical and collaborative approach.
- Availability to work in Brussels, with occasional presence at other project locations if required.
