Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor

Revergy, a Spanish company with an international presence and more than 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, providing services ranging from engineering, O&M and asset management for photovoltaic, wind and BESS projects, is looking to add a Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor to its team, with experience in similar responsibilities within the engineering and construction sector.

What will you do as our Wind Turbine Installation Supervisor?

• Coordinate and supervise the receipt of components on site, ensuring their proper distribution among the different companies involved in the project.
• Monitor the traceability of components from their arrival on site through to their final installation.
• Supervise all phases of wind turbine assembly, ensuring compliance with established procedures and technical specifications.
• Carry out regular inspections inside the wind turbine to verify the correct execution of works and compliance with safety requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise the execution of functional tests (Test Run), ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain close and continuous communication with the manufacturer's technical representatives to resolve incidents and make technical decisions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and environmental standards throughout all stages of the assembly process.
• Prepare and/or review technical reports, progress reports and any other documentation required throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and sustainability standards (CSRD) throughout all stages of assembly and installation.

What do you need to join us?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience performing site supervision duties on wind farm projects.
• Fluent English is essential; French is highly desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to the project location in Belgium.
• Occupational Health and Safety (H&S) training.
• User-level knowledge of office tools such as Word, Excel, email and Internet.
