Join us and help the world's leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Join the Powerhouse of Innovation at Capgemini's SAP Application Maintenance & Development Department and be part of revolutionizing business operations through optimized SAP systemsYOUR ROLEAs an SAP HCM Consultant, you'll translate clients' HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.Provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.Execute functional changes, including projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Assist the Team leader in estimation processes.Ensure the quality of deliverables and adhere to agreed planning and estimations.Resolve issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.YOUR PROFILEProficient in PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects with strong ABAP debugging skills.Analyze and document system interface requirements effectively.Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.Understanding of SAP HR modules PA and OM; basic knowledge of Time and Payroll modules.Change management familiarity; adept at enterprise HR functions with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.Fluent in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
