QA Engineer

We are looking for a driven QA Engineer who excels in both manual testing and test automation. You will work on a candidate-facing application used across multiple powerhouses within our group. This means quality, reliability, and user-friendliness are key, as thousands of candidates interact with this application daily.About the RoleIn this role, you are responsible for delivering new features with high quality, creating and maintaining test cases, performing regression tests, and further expanding our automated test suite using Playwright. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the overall quality of the product.ResponsibilitiesPerform manual tests on new functionalityCreate, expand, and maintain clear and reusable test casesExecute regression tests to ensure the quality of existing functionalitySet up, write, and maintain automated tests in PlaywrightAnalyze and report bugs, including clear reproduction stepsSet up and maintain test data and test environmentsContribute ideas to QA processes and support continuous improvementCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure quality early in the process (shift-left quality)QualificationsAt least 2–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Test EngineerRequired SkillsExperience with manual testing and creating test cases (e.g., in TestRail, Zephyr, or similar tools)Experience with test automation, preferably using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)Experience with API testing is a plus (e.g., Postman or Playwright API tests)Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, proactive, and quality-focusedExperience with Agile/Scrum is a plusPay range and compensation packageA challenging role in an international, innovative environment.
