ResponsibilitiesAct as Scrum Master for the IT Continuity & Cyber Resiliency squad.Facilitate and run all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management.Ensure correct and smooth application of Scrum and Agile practices; remove impediments and promote team self-organization.Coordinate and collaborate with tribes, squads, and internal/external stakeholders.Take delivery ownership of selected backlog items, features, or initiatives.Support delivery of Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, and agreed milestones.Track and monitor team capacity, velocity, KPIs, and delivery progress.Manage and support day-to-day IT security activities related to incidents, changes, and releases.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice.Ensure alignment of security solutions with business needs and cyber resiliency objectives.SkillsExpert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.Strong understanding of IT Security domains (IAM, Cyber Resiliency, Cyber Defense).Experience with Agile reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Jira).Sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration tools.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities.Pro-active, resilient, and delivery-oriented mindset.Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Languages: French (fluent), English (fluent), Dutch (nice to have).
