We are looking for a hands-on and analytical professional to strengthen our IT team and help drive system optimization, digitalization and data-driven decision making across Xandres.THE ROLEAs our Application & Data Specialist, you play a key role in connecting business and technology, with a strong focus on optimizing our applications landscape, leveraging data and exploring AI opportunities. You will ensure that our applications, data, and processes run smoothly and efficiently. You report to the IT manager and will be part of a small, dynamic IT team. In this role you will collaborate closely with multiple external partners and internal departments such as Finance, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Merchandise Planning and Logistics.As our Application & Data Specialist, you will be responsible for:ApplicationsManaging and optimizing core business applications (ERP, POS, E-comm, Microsoft Fabric, ...)Coordinating application releases, incidents and change requestsSupporting key users with functional questions and issuesTesting and documenting new features, updates and integrationsMonitoring and troubleshooting applications, integrations and scriptsData & reportingContributing to the development of our Modern Data Platform in Microsoft FabricEnsuring data quality and maintenance of master dataManaging and enhancing data models and reporting in Power BI and Business ObjectsInnovation & AIImplementing AI pilots and innovative new applications in close collaboration with our Project manager and other internal departments (eg conversational BI, AI demand forecast solutions, internal and external chatbots,...)YOUR COMPETENCIESYou have proven knowledge and experience in application management or ERP environments, managing integrations and data flows between systems.You have proven knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 and AzureYou have knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, or similarUnderstanding of retail, wholesale or e-commerce processes is a plusYou are:Analytical and solution-orientedCommunicative and collaborativeStructured and detail-mindedCurious about digital innovation and process optimizationYOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor/master degree in IT, informatics or related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in application management or data and reportingAffinity with digital transformation and continuous improvementFluent in EnglishWHY YOU WILL LIKE TO JOIN XANDRESAs our new Application & Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology in a growing, passioned fashion-driven company that values innovation, collaboration and impact.
