Senior Auditor Food

The Senior Auditor Retail Belgium will report to the Audit Manager Retail France & Belgium (based in France)
The Sr Auditor Belgium will be responsible for helping the Audit Manager to manage the auditing activities and the team in Belgium and Netherlands.

As Senior Auditor Retail Belgium, the employee will have as principal duties to:

• Train & support the team of auditors (BE/Netherlands) +-50%.
• Process Audits at customer (Flanders) +-50%, food sector, horeca, QSR.
• Apply and implement tools and processes to ensure auditor efficiency is maintained.
• Support and contribute information for coordination and scheduling of all audits.
• To carry out assessments against client-specific standards maintaining the required level of utilization.
• To produce full accurate assessment reports.
• To carry out specific project work or other tasks within Audit Delivery as agreed.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant policies & procedures

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in similar position and auditing.
• In-depth working knowledge of the manufacture of food and allied products, knowledge of food standards.
• Ability to perform audits in more than one program area and/or ability to train auditors.
• Ability to work independently 
• Fluent in French, English, Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (Belgium, occasionally Netherlands)
• Valid driving license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
