The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Sales Supervisor & Commercial Manager Hospitals (m/f/*) Wallonia & Luxembourg for the Medical Solutions Business you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the sales team responsible for the hospitals in Wallonia, Luxembourg and a selection of hospitals in Brussels
- By playing an important role in accelerating our Medical Solutions Business
- You assume responsibility for the relevant hospitals and hospital buying groups
- Building a network with existing and new customers, managing proactively contracts and tenders, negotiations, and pricing with hospital procurement
- You recognize market trends and apply this knowledge successfully for your customers.
- Closely collaborating with all your team members and colleagues
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND commercial and negotiation experience with procurement in the Hospital segment in French speaking Belgium and/or track record in building value enhancing relationships with key accounts. Experience with leading and coaching high performing sales teams.
- High level of communication and presentation skills
- Experience with contracting, pricing and sales analytics
- Fluent French and English skills
- You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Medical devices knowledge is a significant advantage.
- MS office knowledge and database management
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 60% domestic
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
