About the role

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Reynaers Aluminium for your client portfolio. You will build long-term relationships with aluminum window and door installers and window manufacturers. You understand their needs and translate these into appropriate actions and solutions.

Your responsibilities

Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio in Belgium
Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities.
Include aluminium exterior joinery installation companies in the Reynaers dealer network as recognised Reynaers Installers
Familiarize installers with the range of products and (digital) services and advise them on technical and aesthetic possibilities.
Detect growth potential and stimulate customers to achieve growth.
Provide customers with access to education and training, as well as all other relevant services.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical and marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market developments and provide input for product innovation.

Your profile

· Bachelor's or master's degree in a commercial or technical field.

· At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the construction sector.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Customer-oriented, enterprising and results-driven.

· Affinity with technical products and solutions.

· Fluent in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
