Role Overview<\/b>
<\/h3>

As a Functional Analyst for Mobile App Development, you will play a central role in shaping the direction and delivery of the new mobile platform. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX\/UI teams, and development squads, ensuring the successful translation of business needs into functional solutions.
<\/p>

You will be responsible for the end\-to\-end functional processâfrom requirements gathering and analysis through design support, sprint planning, and delivery oversightâall within an Agile\/Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>

Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users.
<\/p><\/li>

Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
<\/p><\/li>

Collaborate closely with UX\/UI teams to ensure user\-centered design and seamless user journeys.
<\/p><\/li>

Work hand\-in\-hand with mobile development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation.
<\/p><\/li>

Manage and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
<\/p><\/li>

Support sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and day\-to\-day Agile\/Scrum activities as a key contributor.
<\/p><\/li>

Perform functional validations and support testing activities (UAT, exploratory testing).
<\/p><\/li>

Act as a subject\-matter expert for the mobile product throughout the project lifecycle.
<\/p><\/li>

Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and up to date.
<\/p><\/li>

Facilitate communication across departments to maintain shared understanding and alignment.
<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

Qualifications & Skills<\/b>
<\/h3>

5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or mobile projects.
<\/p><\/li>

Masterâs degree or equivalent professional background.
<\/p><\/li>

Proven end\-to\-end project experience: from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and delivery.
<\/p><\/li>

Solid understanding of mobile app development (iOS, Android, APIs, and app architecture is a plus).
<\/p><\/li>

Strong experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments.
<\/p><\/li>

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
<\/p><\/li>

Ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
<\/p><\/li>

Fluent\/native Dutch or French and strong English language skills.
<\/p><\/li>

A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
<\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
