Topcon Positioning Belgium, based in Zellik, is responsible for sales, marketing, customer support and service for positioning products on the Belgium markets.

We are looking for a full-time Surveying Application Specialist (m/f/x) based in Belgium to start as soon as possible and offer an interesting and varied job in a well-functioning team.

Job location: Zellik Office based in Belgium, with one day working from home

Working hours – 40 per week –

Travels in Belgium/Luxemburg required contextually to the necessary activities

Your tasks

• Pre- and after-sales support for customers, sales partners, dealers and Topcon employees for the areas of surveying, such as Scanning, Mass Data, GNSS and Total stations.
• Phone and remote desktop support and directly on the construction site.
• Carrying out training courses and briefings for end users, dealers and Topcon employees.
• Other tasks within the scope of support.
• Area of operation: Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your qualifications

• Completed professional training or degree in surveying or construction, and/or similar qualifications or several years of construction site experience.
• Professional work experience is an advantage.
• Technical understanding.
• Team player.
• Analytical, goal-orientated way of working.
• Confident handling of computers and software.
• Good in Dutch, English and French language ( verbal & written)
• Class B driving license.

Takenpakket

• Ondersteuning van klanten, dealers en collega’s op het gebied van scanning, GNSS en totaalstations.
• Uitvoeren van support taken, zowel telefonisch als remote.
• Geven van trainingen en briefings aan eindgebruikers, dealers en colllega’s.

Uw profiel

• Afgeronde opleiding in landmeten of bouw, en/of vergelijkbare kwalificaties.
• On site werkervaring (werf) is een pluspunt
• Team player.
•  Sterke analytische en resultaatgerichte vaardigheden.
• Ervaring in de omgang met pc, Office 365 en CAD/GIS software.
• Goede mondelinge- en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
• In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
