As a Site Superintendent – Civil Works, you will oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You act as the main link between on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, helping to optimise coordination and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, quality, and safety
- Monitor work progress against the project plan and regulatory standards (VCA, ISO)
- Prepare deviation reports for planning or execution issues
- Coordinate third-party activities and highlight potential schedule conflicts
- Organise Lean meetings to optimise integrated planning
- Closely monitor internal teams and subcontractors
- Ensure proper project documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master in Civil Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant civil construction experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong technical knowledge; comfortable with MS Office (MS Project is a plus)
- Fluent Dutch, English, and/or French is an advantage
