We are seeking a skilled Asset Specialist to lead and deliver comprehensive IT asset management services. The role focuses on ensuring optimal lifecycle management of hardware and software assets while driving process improvements and maintaining robust financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage software and hardware asset lifecycle
- Process and monitor purchase orders
- Negotiate with key suppliers
- Cross-reference invoices and maintain financial records
- Identify technical requirements and update relevant teams
- Coordinate with procurement for asset acquisition
- Manage SAP processes for asset tracking
- Monitor and optimize asset utilization
