The Insurance Transformation team supports insurers and brokers during the complete lifecycle of their transformation projects - from ideation to implementation and maintenance. We are looking for experienced profiles that can take up the role of process engineer, business analyst, product owner or project/program manager.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our Insurance Transformation team, you will:

•    Collaborate with Clients: Understand their challenges and implement innovative solutions.
•    Innovate: Contribute to the development of new solutions for the insurance sector.

•    Enhance Processes: Support process improvements and identify efficiency gains.
•    Share Expertise: Provide your knowledge and experience to clients and peers.
•    Network: Build a strong and international professional network.

During transformation projects, you will be involved in various phases of the project lifecycle, including:

•    Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Analyze current processes and define future states.
•    Facilitating Workshops: Lead stakeholder workshops to discover innovative solutions.

•    Business Case Development: Create and assess the impact of potential solutions.
•    Advising Clients: Present well-defined requirements and implementation roadmaps.
•    Stakeholder Communication: Conduct regular meetings and deliver impactful presentations.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To thrive in this role, you should have:

•    Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., applied economics, commercial engineering, civil engineering, applied informatics) or equivalent experience.
•    Professional Experience: 3-7 years in consulting or within an insurance company/broker firm.

•    Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Belgian insurance market.
•    Digital Transformation Insight: Awareness of how digital transformations and key technology platforms impact the insurance industry.
•    Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and a pragmatic approach.
•    Client Management Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills through solid communication and presentation abilities.
•    Language Proficiency: Native Dutch or French speaker with excellent business English skills.
•    Team Spirit & Autonomy: Strong team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy.
