Technical Fleet Supervisor M/F/X

Vos missions principales

Au sein du département Rolling Stock, rattaché à la Direction Industrielle, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la supervision technique de nos flottes (PBA, PBKA, E300, E320). Basé(e) à Bruxelles au sein de notre centre de contrôle opérationnel (OCC), vous êtes garant(e) de l’état technique des rames et assurez la coordination avec les dépôts pour optimiser la maintenance et anticiper les défaillances.

Vos responsabilités incluent :

• Collecter, analyser et regrouper les signalements techniques pour garantir la sécurité et la fiabilité des rames.
• Alimenter les retours d’expérience (REX) et proposer des axes d’amélioration.
• Coordonner les opérations curatives avec les ateliers de maintenance et piloter les plans de reprise en cas de crise opérationnelle.
• Participer aux téléconférences de supervision technique et animer les réunions de pilotage dépannage.
• Préconiser les meilleures options d’affectation des rames en fonction de leur état technique.
• Contribuer à la réduction des incidents matériels et à la robustesse du plan de transport.

Your Main Responsibilities
Within the Rolling Stock department, reporting to the Industrial Division, you play a key role in the technical supervision of our fleets (PBA, PBKA, E300, E320). Based in Brussels at our Operational Control Center (OCC), you are responsible for the technical condition of the trains and coordinate with the depots to optimize maintenance and anticipate failures.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating technical reports to ensure the safety and reliability of the trains.
• Feeding back experience (REX) and proposing areas for improvement.
• Coordinating corrective operations with maintenance workshops and managing recovery plans in case of operational crises.
• Participating in technical supervision teleconferences and leading troubleshooting steering meetings.
• Recommending the best train allocation options based on their technical condition.
• Contributing to the reduction of equipment incidents and the robustness of the transport plan.

Jouw Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden
Binnen de afdeling Rolling Stock, onder de Industriële Directie, speel je een sleutelrol in de technische supervisie van onze treinvloten (PBA, PBKA, E300, E320). Gevestigd in Brussel in ons Operationeel Controlecentrum (OCC), ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische staat van de treinen en coördineer je met de depots om het onderhoud te optimaliseren en storingen te anticiperen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

• Het verzamelen, analyseren en bundelen van technische meldingen om de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de treinen te waarborgen.
• Het voeden van terugkoppelingen (REX) en het voorstellen van verbeterpunten.
• Het coördineren van correctieve acties met onderhoudswerkplaatsen en het aansturen van herstelplannen bij operationele crisissen.
• Deelname aan technische supervisie-teleconferenties en het leiden van stuurvergaderingen voor storingen.
• Het aanbevelen van de beste toewijzingsopties voor treinen op basis van hun technische staat.
• Bijdragen aan het verminderen van materiële incidenten en het versterken van het vervoersplan.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme : Niveau EQF 5 minimum.
• Expérience : 3 à 5 ans dans un environnement technique similaire (matériel roulant, maintenance, ingénierie…).
• Compétences techniques : Connaissances en électricité, électronique, informatique ou mécanique, outils informatiques (GMAO, SFMR, SIGMAT, Excel), gestion des risques, résolution de problèmes (lean management).
• Compétences humaines : Excellente communication, sens de l’écoute, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, esprit d’équipe, organisation, autonomie, orientation client.
• Langues : Français (C2), anglais (B2), le néerlandais est un atout.

• Education: Minimum EQF level 5.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar technical environment (rolling stock, maintenance, engineering…).
• Technical skills: Knowledge in electricity, electronics, IT or mechanics, IT tools (CMMS, SFMR, SIGMAT, Excel), risk management, problem-solving (lean management).
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, listening skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, team spirit, organization, autonomy, customer orientation.
• Languages: French (C2), English (B2), Dutch is a plus.

• Ervaring: 3 tot 5 jaar in een vergelijkbare technische omgeving (rollend materieel, onderhoud, engineering…).
• Technische vaardigheden: Kennis van elektriciteit, elektronica, IT of mechanica, IT-tools (GMAO, SFMR, SIGMAT, Excel), risicobeheer, probleemoplossing (lean management).
• Persoonlijke vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie, luistervaardigheid, analytisch en synthetisch vermogen, teamgeest, organisatie, autonomie, klantgerichtheid.
• Talen: Frans (C2), Engels (B2), Nederlands is een troef.
