Technical Manager

The Technical Manager has overall responsibility for the technical management, reliability and further development of the machinery fleet and technical facilities at DC06 and DC04. He/She leads the entire technical team and ensures uptime, budget control and the successful implementation of technical projects.

Job description:

Technical management and maintenance:

• Prepare, manage and monitor the maintenance budget (OPEX & CAPEX)

• Develop, manage and follow up maintenance standards, procedures and work instructions

• Structure, plan and optimise preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS

• Ensure machine safety, reliability and lifetime

• Analyse technical breakdowns and initiate structural improvement actions

Technical and technological project management

Leadership:

• Lead and manage the technical team across the two production sites

Risk management and regulatory compliance

Innovation and continuous improvement

Close collaboration with Production, QHSE, R&D and Supply Chain

Knowledge and skills:

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent through experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management within an industrial environment

• Proven experience in technical project management and subcontractor management

• Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS), machine safety and industrial installations

• Good command of French and English
