Job Opportunity: Senior Consultant – Logistics Technology

Lead client engagements, gathering requirements and defining logistics transformation strategies.

Assess existing warehouse, transportation, and order management processes and systems to identify gaps and opportunities.
-
Design and implement tailored solutions across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Advise clients on best practices, digital trends, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

Manage work streams or projects, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget.

Guide and mentor junior consultants and project team members.

Support system integration, deployment, and change management activities to enable smooth adoption.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field (professional certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus).

5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or technology consulting.

Hands-on experience implementing fulfillment technologies such as WMS, TMS, OMS, yard management, or real-time visibility platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to link business needs to technical solutions.

Proven leadership experience, including managing teams or work streams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Flexibility to travel when projects require.
