Our client in the public sector is developing a modern, secure, and cloud -based data -exchange platform to replace a legacy integration system. This new platform will serve as a core component within a national digital transformation program, connecting multiple institutional systems through API -driven integration and Azure Cloud services.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and migration of this new solution, collaborating with architects, analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure a seamless transition from the existing middleware environment.

Requirements<\/h3>

Â· Design and develop .NET -based components for the new data -exchange and integration platform.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Integrate existing and future applications through APIs and cloud services.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Configure and administer API Management and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) components.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Develop and maintain solutions using C#, ASP.NET, and Azure Logic Apps.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git -based tools and automation frameworks.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Participate in unit testing, validation, and creation of technical documentation.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Support data migration from the legacy platform to the new architecture.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Collaborate through JIRA and Confluence for sprint tracking, issue management, and documentation.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Contribute to infrastructure automation with Terraform (if applicable).
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Ensure data integrity, performance, and security throughout all development stages.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Technical Requirements<\/b>
<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· 5 + years of hands -on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET).
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Experience with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and ESB.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Strong understanding of Azure Cloud environments and deployment patterns.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Knowledge of API design, REST standards, and cloud -security best practices.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern DevOps delivery pipelines.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Familiarity with Terraform or other infrastructure -as -code tools (advantage).
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Practical experience in enterprise or public -sector projects preferred.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Daily working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Â· Working proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus; bilingual profile preferred.
