Sewer designer

Context

• Client is looking for a designer who will provide local support for the Limburg, Flemish Brabant and Kempen regions. The tasks will mainly be:
• Advice in the context of subdivisions with new roads and next to equipped roads.
• Advice on house connections in the building application phase and realisation.
• Advice to municipalities and external parties in the context of building applications for apartments, commercial premises, SMEs and industry: connect ability, hydraulic inspection in the context of 'deep' connections, diameters, buffering and infiltration.
• In addition, the designer will be involved for:
• Sewerage projects: inspection & support of the regional engineer.
• The preparation of subsidy applications in AWIS for the sewerage system.
• Disconnection on private property: check deep connections & approval of any exceptions
• Check for e.g. connect ability for subdivisions next to existing roads.
   
• Client is looking for a sewer designer who will mainly support the head of network management, sewer network development, with the provision of advice on subdivisions and hydraulic inspection in complex construction files.
• This designer will be supported by the other sewerage experts.

• Client is responsible for the construction, management and maintenance of distribution networks for electricity, natural gas, sewerage and heat.
• In addition, Client manages the municipal public lighting park. In total, the company is responsible for more than 231,000 kilometers of utility lines and approximately 7.3 million connections. Client is active in all 300 Flemish cities and municipalities.
