Senior Data Warehouse & BI Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence Specialist to design, develop and maintain the eGrants Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). The role focuses on ETL/ELT development, enterprise data modelling, SAP BusinessObjects reporting, and data integration using SAP Data Services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise data warehouses and data models.
Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using SAP Data Services.
Build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models using SAP BusinessObjects.
Develop and optimise SQL/PL/SQL queries and database structures.
Ensure data quality, performance, security, GDPR compliance and documentation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
University degree equivalent
Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
10+ years of hands-on SAP BusinessObjects experience.
8+ years of hands-on SAP Data Services experience.
Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, dimensional modelling, SQL and PL/SQL.
Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Universe Design and Administration.
Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
English or French proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS, data lakehouse architectures, Apache Iceberg, dbt, Airflow, Qlik Sense or modern data governance tools.
Key Demand: Candidates must demonstrate extensive practical experience with both SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Data Services. These are the two primary screening criteria.
