The requested project manager will be included in the programme operation of the Client Beweegt transformation programme. The objective of the Client Beweegt programme is to set up the organisation in such a way that the pain points that are now experienced by customers and employees can be solved. To this end, the programme works on structure, processes and systems in an integrated way. Given the desired impact of the changes on the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department, it is essential that an external project manager can guide this transformation in a critical, neutral, structured and supported manner and assist the director in helping to realize the transformation. The project manager's task is to bring the project team in the Finance Department to a future operating model that can put the necessary changes into practice. It is the task of the project manager to translate the future operating model into a budget-neutral organisation chart with functions,

s and numbers, and the associated consultation structures. The project manager is essential to:

Correctly assess the context and challenges of Client and their impact on the Finance Directorate and to convert them in a sufficiently decisive manner into an operating model and activity overview for the Finance Department.
Creating alignment between the expectations of the other directorates with regard to the Finance Directorate and providing a substantively strong organisational model for this.
To convert the organizational model into correctly described functions and numbers in consultation with the HR services.

Given the complexity and interdependencies between the directorates involved, a proactive project-based approach is necessary to successfully achieve the intended objectives of Client Beweegt within the Finance Department.
