Function:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission to attract and retain the best talents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- Writing, monitoring and improving job offers to attract the best candidates.
- Using your creativity to develop innovative methods of talent sourcing, particularly through Employer Branding and Digital Recruitment.
- Actively participate in improving and designing new projects for the HR department.
Profile required:
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and committed Talent who:
- Has at least 5 years' experience in recruitment or a similar position.
- Bilingual FR/NL.
- Has a good command of selection and interview techniques.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Enjoys working in a team and sharing new ideas.
- Is autonomous, organised, rigorous and respects commitments
