  • Stakeholder and Agreement Management: Negotiate and finalise crossing and proximity agreements with other operators active in the Belgian part of the North Sea.
  • Offshore Activity Coordination: Coordinate activities involving external parties, including unexploded ordnance (UXO) campaigns, sediment monitoring, and storage areas.
  • External Communications: Coordinate offshore project communications with the relevant communication teams, including communication materials and spokesperson responsibilities.
  • Nature-Inclusive Design: For MOG2 (Princess Elisabeth Island), manage the implementation of the Nature Inclusive Design plan, working with contractors, environmental experts, and authorities to integrate innovative measures that support marine biodiversity.
  • Environmental Monitoring and Restoration: Proactively represent the company as an offshore stakeholder and support government initiatives focused on marine monitoring and ecosystem restoration.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Represent the company in discussions with Belgian authorities and other stakeholders concerning marine spatial planning. Identify regulatory gaps affecting offshore operations and contribute to the development of potential improvements.
  • Working Groups and Knowledge Sharing: Represent the company in working groups focused on offshore activity coordination, regulatory developments, and the exchange of technical knowledge.
