Are you a Dutch speaker looking for a new professional opportunity in Greece?
We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals to join an international Customer Support project within the Travel & Hospitality sector.
The opportunity is open both to candidates already living in Greece and to those interested in relocating to Athens.
The Role
You will support Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their enquiries and providing a professional and positive customer experience through different communication channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
- Good English (B2+)
- Previous customer-facing experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism or a similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Good computer literacy
- Availability to work flexible shifts
