Job description
Packaging Materials investigator and root cause problem solver
The position:
The position will be part of the Packaging team and has the mission to:
- Act as SPOC for all issues with incoming packaging materials and production.
- Perform root cause problem solving on all occurring issues.
- Closely collaborate with the relevant suppliers.
- Partner and lead multidisciplinary investigations with our other functions (QA, QC, Buying, External Quality) to align on mitigation plans and timings.
- Develop solutions and improvement plans for our packaging materials.
- Support and execute investigations within Operations (production).
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task on different projects and set priorities to achieve all deadlines at quality.
- Being agile when priorities need to be reset.
- Ability to work independently and successfully under minimal supervision and integrate cross-functional issues and balance competing priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic personality, team player, with a desire to learn new skills.
- Being able to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic, growing environment.
- Flexible mindset capable to deal with ambiguity and to respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes.
- Positive and pro-active attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Being able to trouble shoot and resolve complex scientific/technical problems.
- Clear communicator with ability to build strong partnerships.
- Dutch/English
