Job Description
MSX International is looking for an experienced UC Consultant & Coach to join our automotive consulting team.
In this field-based role, you will support dealerships in improving their used vehicle operations, commercial performance, and overall business results. Acting as both a coach and consultant, you will work closely with dealer management teams to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive sustainable performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support dealerships to improve operational and commercial performance.
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of used vehicle programs.
- Analyse business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support initiatives focused on profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
