  • We are looking for two Senior Technical Project Managers to manage, independently, a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects with a strong technical, security and transformation component. The projects will be divided between the two selected profiles.

The mission

  • You will take charge of the complete life cycle of projects: scoping, approach plan, scenarios, planning, budget, scope, quality, risks, reporting and coordination of internal and external stakeholders.
  • You mobilize teams, arbitrate priorities and ensure clear communication with customers, partners, technical teams, operations and governance.

Desired profile

  • University education or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex technical projects
  • Control of deadlines, budget, scope, quality, risks and governance
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation and coaching skills
  • Methodical, autonomous and results-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2
  • Assets: G-Cloud experience, social security, healthcare or public services
  • French or Dutch speaking with an active knowledge of the other national language

Environments and domains

  • Securing authentication and communication channels in an NIS2 context
  • Containerization of Axway Gateway APIs and Adabas databases
  • Modernization of legacy systems in the L2000 environment
  • Security of Application Enablement Platforms and Services
  • Adoption of the Public Cloud
  • CI/CD Program
  • Related technologies: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Solaris, and mainframe environments

Priority projects

  • FTP to sFTP migration: manage the roadmap, communications with about forty partners, application adaptations and documentation.
  • Modernization of authentication: reduce the use of the username/password pair and coordinate changes with stakeholders, by carrying out personalized alignments and communications with them.
  • Axway API Gateway: continue containerization and prepare for the production launch of the new platform. In addition to theoretical technical knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD, the success of the project requires strong coordination between technical, operations and governance.
  • L2000 / Adabas: stabilizing and sustaining the critical DmfA/Adabas infrastructure, preparing for containerization and planning legacy migrations. The L2000 is the storage environment for DMFA declarations transmitted by employers (DB Adabas).
  • Platform security and application enablement services: harmonize practices, structure a roadmap, and track NIS2 risk and compliance.
  • Public Cloud: support onboarding, technological consistency, training and organizational impacts (Google cloud or multi-cloud environment).
  • CI/CD: strengthen the management of the strategic program and coordination with the architecture.
