Main responsibilities and missions

Market & Functional Analysis:

You will analyze the needs, functional principles and use cases defined in the framework of CMS 2.0 and identify their impacts on market exchange processes and Client systems, in particular SAP IS-U.
You contribute to the drafting of impact assessments, functional specifications, management rules and process maps necessary for the implementation of changes.
You analyze and qualify issues related to MIG-DGO flows, data and interfaces between the CMS and the Client back-end.
You identify dependencies with other sites or components of the information system and report points requiring functional or strategic arbitration
You identify, within your scope, the possibilities for improvement of the Market processes and propose solutions consistent with the principles of the program and the operational constraints of Client.

Testing & Support:

You prepare test scenarios, cases and data, then contribute to the execution and validation of SIT and UAT campaigns.
You document the results, analyze the discrepancies observed and follow up on anomalies until they are resolved or escalated.
You participate in the integration tests of market exchanges, in particular between the CMS and the Client Back-End.
You maintain functional documentation and traceability elements throughout the life cycle of developments.
You provide functional support during production start-ups, transition periods and hypercare activities.
Coordination & cross-functional collaboration:
You participate in Client working groups and internal alignment meetings within your scope, in coordination with the team in place.
You ensure the operational link with the Business, IT, testing teams and application experts in order to guarantee a common understanding of needs and impacts.
You prepare clear summaries on the progress of the analyses, the expected decisions, the risks and the open points.
You contribute to the sharing and sustainability of knowledge within the Client teams.
