Our Group Finance team is looking for a motivated and analytical finance professional to join as a Group Reporting & Controlling Analyst.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in two key areas of corporate finance: Group Reporting & Consolidation and Group Controlling. The position is structured around an approximately 50/50 split between both areas, allowing you to develop expertise in both financial reporting and performance management while working closely with finance teams across the Group.
The key responsibilities within each area include:
Group Reporting & Consolidation (50%)
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process.
- Monitor intercompany balances and support reconciliation activities.
- Perform reporting controls and data quality checks.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and group reporting deliverables.
- Support the implementation and application of Group accounting policies and IFRS requirements.
- Maintain and monitor the consolidation and IFRS16 lease accounting applications.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and responses to auditor requests.
- Contribute to reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
Group Controlling (50%)
- Support the monthly management reporting process to leadership, board and banks.
- Assist in preparing companywide performance analyses, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Analyze variances between actual results, budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Assist in monitoring profitability, working capital, cash flow, and other key performance metrics.
- Contribute to finance transformation and reporting improvement projects.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and decision-making processes.
- Understand the corporate reporting tool set and take initiative to enhance this according to business needs liaising with finance and business stakeholders
- Coordinate the financial closing and budgeting calendar
Through this role you will gain broad exposure to IFRS reporting, financial planning, business performance management, and finance transformation initiatives, while developing a strong understanding of the Group’s financial process and business performance.
Nice to meet you
- You have a Master’s degree in applied economic, business engineering, commercial sciences or equivalent.
- You have 2-3 year experience as a financial analyst, financial controller or financial auditor.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills with sound understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of IFRS principles is an asset).
- You have a clear and to the point communication style, combined with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- You are enthusiast, dynamic and professional with a can-do mentality.
- You have a flexible mindset and pragmatic approach, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with consolidation tools is considered a plus.

- You are fluent in English (oral & written). Knowledge of any other language is considered a plus.
