Main tasks & Responsibilities
Analyst
Strategy
- Identify the data requirements needed to support the business-validated processes within the VI3 product scope with high-quality data (starting point: Quentin document).
- Define the strategy for fulfilling these requirements:
- Approach: data cleansing, migration, generation, build/export/import, etc.
- Environment plan
- Data continuity strategy: brownfield vs. greenfield.
- Define acceptance criteria: functional and non-functional.
- Prepare acceptance criteria with Business and DevOps
Implementation
- Develop an AS-IS and TO-BE canonical data model and document the transformation of each data object.
- Define an iterative approach for data generation and review.
- Break down the work into EPICs and hand them over to the InfoSys Functional Analysts.
- Answer functional/content-related questions.
Validation
- Define a Data Review Strategy based on bulk data reviews and case-driven test scenarios.
- Report on the level of compliance with the acceptance criteria.
Release
- Align with DevOps to integrate cutover activities into the overall VI3 Cutover Plan.
- Monitor cutover execution.
- Track and manage incidents after go-live.
